Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Rinse and dry mushrooms, set aside.
  2. Wisk remaining ingredients together to make a vinaigrette, adjust seasoning to taste.
  3. Toss mushrooms in vinaigrette until evenly coated.
  4. Place mushrooms in a single layer on a parchment lined baking tray.
  5. Bake in 325 degree oven one hour or until mushrooms apear carmelized.
