Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Layer zucchini and onion in a lightly greased 2 quart baking dish.
  2. Drizzle with 1/4 cup butter.
  3. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine remaining butter, bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese.
  5. Sprinkle crumb mixture evenly over the top.
  6. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes or until zucchini in tender.
