Baked Vegetable And Crab Wontons

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Spray a rimmed baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. In bowl, combine soup mix, ricotta, crab, garlic powder and pepper. Mix well.
  3. (I chill this for about an hour at this point to let the soup mix rehydrate)
  4. Place 1 tablespoon ricotta mixture in center of each wonton.
  5. Brush edges with water.
  6. Fold each corner to center and press firmly to seal.
  7. Arrange, seam side down, on baking sheet.
  8. Brush with oil or spray with non-stick cooking spray.
  9. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes, turning once, or until crisp and golden brown.
  10. Serve with duck sauce or hot mustard if desired.
