Ingredients:

  • 500 g tvorog (or ricotta)
  • 3 eggs
  • 100 g green onion (1 tuft)
  • 100 g gree mint (1 tuft)
  • oil

Directions:

  1. Cut baby squash
  2. Fry squash and green onion till almost ready
  3. Add cut mint
  4. Cook 5 min more
  5. Separate 1|2 part
  6. One part crush and mix with eggs and tvorog (ricotta)
  7. Mix two part together
  8. Bake till be ready
