This Italian recipe, and me and my friends like it a lot:)
Ingredients:
1 kg squash (baby)
500 g tvorog (or ricotta)
3 eggs
100 g green onion (1 tuft)
100 g gree mint (1 tuft)
salt
pepper
oil
Directions:
1. cut baby squash
2. fry squash and green onion till almost ready
3. add cut mint
4. cook 5 min more
5. separate 1|2 part
6. one part crush and mix with eggs and tvorog (ricotta)
7. mix two part together
8. bake till be ready
