Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook spinach and drain...squeeze dry.
  2. Beat cream cheese, melted butter, lemon juice, salt and pepper, and nutmeg.
  3. Add to hot spinach, and mix well.
  4. Spray casserole w/vegetable spray.
  5. Place artichokes in casserole and spoon spinach over. cover with
  6. Foil and punch a few holes in the foil to let steam escape.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
