Baked Salmon With Thai Marinade

Ingredients:

  • 2 -3 tbsp chopped cilantro
  • 2 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 1/2 lbs salmon fillets

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400.
  2. In a small bowl, mix all ingredients except fish.
  3. Place fish in a shallow pan. Spoon marinade over fillets.
  4. Marinade for at least an hour.
  5. Bake 15 minutes or done to your liking (can turn fish over halfway through cooking).
