Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 2 cups soymilk
  • 4 tbsp water
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp ginger
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 pinch salt

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl pour into a cake pan or casserole dish.
  2. Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until knife inserted comes out clean.
