Baked Potato Salad

Ingredients:

  • 8-10 potatoes
  • 1 cup mayonnaise (miracle whip does not do well)
  • 1 lb velvetta
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1/2 cup cooked crumbled bacon or cheat like me and use bac o bits

Directions:

  1. Boil potatoes whole in skin till slightly tender
  2. Peel skin (or leave on)and chunk potatoes
  3. In separate bowl mix all other ingredients together and pour over top of potatoes
  4. Bake at 350 for 1 hour
