Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Pre heat oven to 350.
  2. Melt butter and mix in flour and sugar.
  3. Beat eggs and to butter/flour mix.
  4. Fold in the crushed pineapple.
  5. Pour into pan and sprinkle with cinnamon.
  6. Bake for 1 hour.
