Directions:

  1. Peel parsnips and cut into logs.
  2. Peel and core apples,cut into 8 wedges per apple.
  3. Slice unpeeled orange into 1/4inch slices, cutting 4 or 5 slices in half.
  4. Combine butter, sugar, and orange juice, and mix with parsnips, apples, and orange.
  5. Put into a buttered baking dish, cover, and bake in a preheated 325 degree oven for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Uncover and bake 15 minutes longer to glaze. Baste with juices and serve.
