Baked Oysters With French Pernod

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Shuck oysters, save shells, put to the side
  2. Saute minced garlic in butter and olive oil in a large skillet
  3. Add a big bag of fresh spinach into the saute then
  4. Soak with the French Pernod liquor, flame it and toss it
  5. Then set aside and get your oysters and shells
  6. Place empty shells on a metal baking dish
  7. Stuff shells with spinach mixture
  8. Place the raw oyster on top
  9. Press lightly the grated cheese on top of oysters generously
  10. Then bake in a convection oven until golden brown
  11. At 325 degrees
