Directions:

  1. Cook your fish all the way through in a wok using 1 tbsp olive oil and remove from pan.
  2. Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in wok.
  3. Add minced garlic.
  4. Add spinach and cook until mushy.
  5. Toss in pine nuts and fish.
  6. Cook until heated.
  7. Serve and enjoy!
