Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. The nice thing about this is that you can use what ever you like in it.
  2. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (205 C).
  3. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Cook onion and bell pepper until tender.
  4. Spread half of the cheddar cheese on the bottom of a greased 9x13 baking dish.
  5. Layer your ingredients on top of the cheese.
  6. Combine eggs and milk together (I use a blender).
  7. Pour egg mixture over the ingredients.
  8. Bake for 20 minutes.
  9. Remove from oven. Sprinkle remaining cheese over the top and bake for 10 more minutes.
  10. Remove from oven and let stand for 10 minutes or so.
  11. Enjoy.
