Baked Macaroni and Cheese (Ronnie Mac)

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Cook Macaroni, throw in angel hair for last three minutes of cooking time.
  3. Drain pasta and return to pot.
  4. Add butter and egg to pasta, mixing thouroughly.
  5. Slowly add shredded cheese stirring constantly, reserve 3/4 cup for topping.
  6. Turn pasta into a buttered 2 quart casserole.
  7. Dissolve mustard, cayenne, salt, pepper and garlic powder in hot water; add to milk.
  8. Pour milk mixture over pasta.
  9. Top with remaining cheese.
  10. Bake in oven 35 - 40 minutes.
