Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Fry onions in bacon grease, add tomatoes, salt and pepper.
  2. Let cook until it begins to thicken.
  3. Place roast beef and potatoes alternately in baking dish.
  4. Add tomatoes and onion mixture.
  5. Dot with catsup.
  6. Bake until golden brown and potatoes are done about 45 minutes.
