Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. First you need to preheat oven to approx. 380 degrees.
  2. Then add a slice of feta on each of the 8 sheets of foil.
  3. Then you can center a slice of tomato over that;.
  4. Next season this lightly with salt; sprinkle with garlic and oregano and a light sprinkling of red pepper flakes.
  5. Now drizzle 1 tbsp of olive oil over each feta parcel and then seal foil.
  6. Let this bake for approx. 15-18 minutes.
  7. Finaly, you need to put this on one packet per plate.
  8. Serve with crusty bread.
