Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Whip cream until stiff.
  3. Fold in 1/2 cup grated cheese.
  4. Fold into spinach,blending well.
  5. Season with salt and pepper and nutmeg.
  6. Pour into buttered ovenproff pie plate.
  7. Sprinkle 1/4 cup grated cheese on top.
  8. Bake about 25 min.
  9. At 375 degrees,or until slightly browned.
