Baked  Cod with Panko and Mayo

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb cod
  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 1/2 cup panko crumbs

Directions:

  1. Brown bacon and onion in saute pan. Add relish.
  2. Cover cod with panko crumbs, mayo and bacon mixture.
  3. Bake 350' for 20 min.
