Baked Citrus Snapper Fillet

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/2 tbsp. butter
  • 1/4 cup orange

Directions:

  1. Season the fish with the black pepper. Lay in baking pan. Spread butter over fish and top with citrus slices. Bake until done.
