Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425
  2. Slice the french bread into thin, diagonal slices
  3. Brush lightly with the oil or butter
  4. Place your unwrapped bries in the center of a large baking dish(big enough to hold the bread too)
  5. Mix apricot preserves and jalapeno well
  6. Spoon on top of the bries
  7. Arrange the bread slices around bries
  8. Bake for 8-10 min. or until the bread is golden and the cheese is soft.
