Ingredients:

  • 4 can (16 oz.) pork and beans
  • 1 lb bacon
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup ketchup

Directions:

  1. Put pork and beans in a large bowl. Fry bacon in pan until crisp (or bake in 325 deg. oven for 15 - 20 minutes). Drain bacon on paper towel. Break bacon into 1-inch pieces and add to beans. Cook onion in a little of the bacon grease and add to the beans, then add the brown sugar, ketchup and mustard. Mix and put into baking dish. Bake for 1 hour at 350 deg. until bubbly.
