Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. Spray an 8 inch square pan with cooking spray.
  3. Stir together oats, baking powder, salt and cinnamon.
  4. Add sugar, an egg, 1 mashed banana, milk and vanilla. Stir just until combined.
  5. Pour into prepared pan and top with a layer of sliced bananas.
  6. Bake for 25 minutes.
  7. Top with brown sugar and broil until golden. About 3-4 minutes, but watch it carefully!
