Ingredients:

  • 1 medium apple
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp red wine

Directions:

  1. Core out middle of Apple. Put Brown sugar inside core. Pour red wine over apple, sprinkle with cinnamon. Wrap in foil and Bake for 1 hour for 350 degrees
