Baked Acorn Squash And Apples

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cut squash in half lengthwise; remove seeds.
  2. Cut into 1/2 slices and peel squash.
  3. Core and slice apples.
  4. Arrange squash in a sprayed 12 x 8 baking dish and top with apples.
  5. Combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl and spoon over apple slices.
  6. Cover tightly with foil.
  7. Bake at 350 deg F for 1 1/4 hrs or until squash is tender.
