  1. Place melted margarine in a pan. Stir in flour, salt, dry mustard, and white pepper. Add milk and cook, stirring constantly until thickened. Remove from heat. Stir in cheese. Pour the sauce over cooked macaroni.
  2. Bake at 350, covered half of the time, for 40 minutes.
