Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine apple cider, bourbon and maple syrup.
  2. Rub meat with salt and pepper.
  3. Marinade in cider mixture from one hour to overnight.
  4. Put loin in a roasting pan. in the top, cut five slits. insert a garlic clove into each slit.
  5. Wrap with bacon.
  6. Cook at 350 for 2 hours.
