Bacon Cheddar Chestnut Cheesecake

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Spray the bottom and sides of 6 or 8 inch spring-pan with cooking spray
  2. Swirl 1/2 cup of bread crumbs or crushed crackers (Ritz) to dust sides and bottom of pan.
  3. Set in fridge.
  4. Blend cream cheese until smooth.
  5. Add eggs one at a time.
  6. Add lemon juice and pepper.
  7. Fold in bacon, chestnuts, and cheese, mixing thoroughly.
  8. Pour into prepared pan.
  9. Bake at 325^ for 45-50 minutes.
  10. Let cool and serve at room temperature.
  11. Leftovers can be refridgerated or frozen in a tight wrapping of plastic.
