Bacon, Banana & Cheese Toasted Fingers

Ingredients:

  • 2 slices bacon
  • 1 slice bread
  • 1 tsp butter

Directions:

  1. Cook bacon under a grill (medium-high) until crispy.
  2. Toast bread and then butter it while hot.
  3. Place bacon on top of toast.
  4. Slice banana and place on top of the bacon.
  5. Then top with cheese.
  6. Place under the grill (medium-high) until golden and bubbly.
  7. Slice into 3 fingers and serve.
