Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F.
  2. Save about 1 tablespoon of cheese and bacon and put rest in the cornbread batter and stir well.
  3. Pour batter into a well greased large iron skillet for best results.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes then sprinkle reserved cheese and bacon on top and bake for another 10 to 15 minutes or until golden brown and firm.
