  1. Mix the ings. in a salad bowl and toss it well .
  2. For the dressing , Heat the oil , fry the sausages , gin and garlic .
  3. Cook until fragrant .
  4. Add everythingelse and cook until sugar dissolves .
  5. Pour while it's hot into the salad bowl and toss it to coat .
  6. Let the leaves wilt before serving .
