Baby Spinach Chips - Kinda Like Kale Chips

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups baby spinach
  • 1 tbsp oil

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 275. Toss baby spinach with oil. Lay flat and not over lapping on a baking sheet. Bake for about 15 minutes. Either eat right away or store them in an airtight container.
