Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 350.
  2. Spray six 8 inch loaf pans with cooking spray containing flour.
  3. Sift flour, salt, and baking soda in a large bowl.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix together the butter and sugar until smooth, mix in vanilla extract until blended.
  5. Stir in bananas, eggs, and pecan pieces.
  6. Mix liquid and dry mixtures together.
  7. Divide batter into six loaf pans.
  8. Bake for 60 - 70 minutes or until a knife inserted into center comes out clean.
  9. Serve warm.
