Ingredients:

  • 1 cup oleo or 1 cup butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup oil
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 3 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 cup oatmeal
  • 1 cup coconut

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Cream oleo or butter, sugars and oil.
  3. Beat in egg.
  4. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
  5. Bake on ungreased cookie sheets 10 - 12 minutes.
