Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Melt butter in large skillet.
  2. Add garlic, scallions, shrimp and scallops.
  3. Saute for 3 minutes then add mushrooms and saute for 2 minutes.
  4. Add lemon juice, vermouth and spices.
  5. Simmer for 5 minutes then add brandy.
  6. Simmer 1 minute longer.
