Ingredients:

  • 1 cup avocado , pulp
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup cream
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 envelopes knox gelatin
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 cups hot water

Directions:

  1. Dissolve gelatin in water.
  2. Pour hot water over jello, mix well.
  3. Add gelatin.
  4. Put all ingredients in blender.
  5. Mix well and chill.
