Directions:

  1. Peel avocado and cucumber; chop in chunks and place in a blender.
  2. Add parsley, lemon, and blend until smooth.
  3. Add the crushed ice and blend together again.
  4. Strain into glasses.
  5. Garnish with lemon slices or cucumber curl.
