Ingredients:

  • 1 cup 2% low-fat milk
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 cup ice

Directions:

  1. Mix everything in a blender until smooooooth.
  2. If you want it thicker, add more ice, if you really like vanilla, add more!
  3. This is a very flexible recipe and really satisfying!
