Avocado, Blue Cheese and Bacon Filling/Sauce

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cut your avocado in half; remove stone and slice.
  2. Squeeze lemon juice over avocado.
  3. Dry fry bacon in frying pan until crisp, snip into slices approx 1 cm wide.
  4. Cut up and crumble the danish blue.
  5. Mix all of the above together and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Mix with hot or cold pasta,, roughly tumble onto a sandwich or put in a potato.
