Avocado and Fig Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 3 large dried figs (you can also use 4 dates instead)
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 -2 tbsp sugar (to taste)

Directions:

  1. Cut figs into little pieces. In a blender, add the 1/2 peeled and seeded avocado, figs, milk and sugar.
  2. Blend until smooth. Serve in a glass decorated with a fig.
