Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Boil the noodles according to packaging instructions (or until al dente.).
  2. Drain and rinse with cold water. Set aside.
  3. In a large bowl mix the dry ranch packet, mayo, sour cream and parsley.
  4. Gently fold in the onion, cucumber, ham, peas and noodles until coated.
  5. Season with celery salt and black pepper to taste.
  6. You can interchange the optional ingredients to your liking. I have used this recipe with chopped chicken or even a firm fish like tuna or salmon. You can also keep it vegetarian by adding an array of your favorite veggies. I think it's great with some cold blanched asparagus! I hope you enjoy this recipe!
