Autumn Gold Baked Orange Ginger Squash

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Slice squash in half lengthwise. Scoop out seeds. Lay squash skin side up in a shallow baking pan. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, blend butter and Orange Ginger Dressing Mix. Remove squash from oven and carefully flip over. Spoon butter mixture evenly onto each halved squash and return to oven. Bake until squash is tender (approximately 10 to 20 additional minutes)
  4. I like to slice when it is time to turn over the halves also.
