Aunt Wandas Rhubarb Stuff

Ingredients:

  • pie shell or double for a crisp like dessert double the ingredients below.
  • 3 cup. rhubarb
  • 3 oz. box of jello of your choice
  • 1/2 cup. sugar
  • 1 cup. oatmeal
  • 1 cup. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon & spices of your choice.
  • 1/2 cup.(1 stick room temp butter )

Directions:

  1. Mix oatmeal,flour,sugar,spices and butter until crumbly..set aside..
  2. ************************************************************************
  3. PREHEAT OVEN:350 Degrees
  4. *************************************************************************
  5. Place rhubarb in pie crust or if doubling in a 13X9 baking bish or dish of choice.
  6. Sprinkle with Jello of choice
  7. Sprinkle curmb topping on.
  8. Bake for 35-45 mins until golden and rhubarb is done,knife tender.
