Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups oatmeal
  • 1 1/4 cups flour
  • 3/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 3/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1 cup applesauce
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 5 tbsp oil
  • 1 egg

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Combine all ingredients. Mix until moistened.
  3. Put in greased muffin tins. Bake 20 minutes.
