Aunt Jenny's Belgian Waffles

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups bisquick
  • 3 tbsp oil or 3 tbsp butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/3 cups club soda

Directions:

  1. Flour into medium size bowl. Crack egg into measuring cup,whip egg gently.
  2. Add club soda and oil [or butter] to measuring cup, note qty in cup, add to dry ingredients.
  3. Mix well, but batter should be thicker than pancake batter.
  4. Pour into waffle maker.
