Ingredients:

  • 2 cup. bisquick
  • 1 1/3 cup. milk, nonfat
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tsp. oil

Directions:

  1. Heat waffle iron.
  2. Mix ingredients togeather into a batter.
  3. Brush waffle iron with veg. oil.
  4. Pour batter into heated waffle iron.
  5. Serve with fruit &/or syrup.
  6. Cooked waffles can freeze if put in plastic or foil for up to 1 month. Reheat in a 350 degree oven for 10 minutes.
