Ingredients:

  • 2 cups bisquick
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chip (optional)

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
  2. Mix Bisquick, milk, egg and oil. Batter will be lumpy. Stir in chips.
  3. Pour into 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1 pan. Bake for approximately 10 minutes.
  4. Cut into squares and serve with butter and syrup.
