Aunt Delphia's Banana Nut Bread

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts
  • 1/2 cup cooking oil
  • 2 cup flour
  • 3 tbsp milk
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Beat together oil and sugar. Add eggs and banana and beat well (with whisk). Add dry ingredients, milk, and vanilla. Stir in nuts. Pour in greased and floured loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for about one hour.
