Aunt Angie's Oatmeal Drop Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup shortening
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 cups flour
  • 3 cups oatmeal
  • 1 cup sour milk
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup raisins

Directions:

  1. Cream sugar and shortening.
  2. Add eggs.
  3. Mix in dry ingredients and sour milk.
  4. Stir in raisins.
  5. Drop by spoonful on cookie sheet and bake at 350* until lightly browned.
