Ingredients:

  • 3 cups white sugar
  • 1 cup corn oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 cups flour
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp clove
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup raisins

Directions:

  1. Mix sugar and oil.
  2. Add eggs.
  3. Beat well.
  4. Add sifted dry ingredients, the pumpkin filling and water.
  5. Mix together.
  6. Grease and flour loaf pans.
  7. Bake at 325 degrees for one hour.
